Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed. 100% clone Pommard of Pinot Noir. Fermented in moderate heat with punchdowns twice daily. Aged 27 months in neutral oak. 2020’s Pommard presents a noticeably heightened herbal aroma over that of our 115 & 2A with equivalent structure and body, accompanying extended maceration. The Pommard clone of Pinot Noir is notable for exhibiting a more substantial mouthfeel and tannic structure than fellow clones derived of Pinot Noir. Bottle age 4-5 years.
