2018 Pinot Noir
Tasting notes
Candied pecans, dried tomato, cherry jam and rosemary on the nose. Caramel apple, eucalyptus, and cream soda notes provide a soft and round mouthfeel against a herbal, medium finish on the palate.

Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed, 2018’s Pinot Noir was fermented warm with punch-downs twice a day. Aged for 44 months in neutral oak, highest quality barrels were selected pre-bottle and assessed for their organoleptic quality. Throughout barrel aging, our Pinot Noir has seen increased aromatic complexity and tasteful depth.
