Almond, orange blossom, white peach on the nose. The bright acidity is balanced with a round wash of effervescence on the palate. Light-bodied, quick finish.

Hand-sorted, pressed whole cluster, 2020’s Sparkling Pinot Noir consists entirely of clone 91. Harvested at 21 °brix. Highest quality pressed juice separated and analyzed for production of cuvée. Fermented low temperature in stainless steel barrel. Secondary fermentation completed Méthod Traditionelle off-site.
