Hand sorted before crushed and de-stemmed, 2020’s Syrah was fermented in heat and saw punch-downs twice a day. Aged for 27 months in neutral oak. Attention to overall extraction during maceration on skins yielded a lush pale ruby hue of which the Syrah has withheld throughout aging. Bottle aging 4-5 years will aid to temper both its’ color and structure.
